Conditions of Rental
1/ Non refundable deposit of 20% required upon acceptance of booking.
2/ Balance of payment required a minimum of 10 weeks before holiday commences.
3/ No single sex groups under the age of 25.
4/ Smoking restricted to outside areas only (Including Balconies).
5/ Number of people residing in the apartment should not exceed number on booking form.
6/ Please note - The complex is not disabled accessible, and the apartment is situated on the 2nd floor.
7/ All gas, electricity, internet & tap water included in price.
8/ Towels & bedding provided. Bring your own pool/beach towels.
9/ Do not remove towels from the apartment.
10/ Please return safe key on completion of your holiday.
11/ Please report all breakages and/or damage to Mehmet (Housemaster).
12/ Please return keys to Mehmet on completion of your holiday.
13/ Please respect your neighbours and their right to a relaxing holiday, by keeping noise to a minimum.
14/ Please observe the pool rules, as these are for your safety. The pool closes from Mid October until Early April.
Helpful Advice
1/ Transfers to & from Antalya Airport can be arranged at a cost of 50 euro each way for up to 4 passengers & 60 euro each way for 5-7 passengers.
2/ If the gas runs out, it will be replaced at our expense. Please contact Mehmet the housemaster for a replacement.
3/ If you require water for the water cooler, Mehmet the housemaster will order this on your behalf at a cost of approx 5ytl.
4/ It is important that you use a reputable company if going on tours & trips. Please ensure your operator has adequate insurance & is licensed to sell tours & trips.
5/ If you want to go to Deniz Restaurant for a meal, Mehmet the housemaster will arrange transport to & from the restaurant if required. Please let the waiter know you are staying at Gran Mediterra & you will receive a 20% discount.
6/ The Side Market is held on a Saturday across from the Mosque. Manavgat has two Market days, (Monday & Thursday) check locally for location.
7/ There is a free beach bus service during high season. Mehmet the housemaster can organise this for you if required.
8/ We would recommend you exchange money locally, as we have found that Turkish banks offer the best exchange rates. Don’t forget to take your passport when exchanging money at a bank.
9/ When travelling from the UK, you are required to pay a £10 entry visa per person. Please ensure it is a clean, pristine note. Torn and/or dirty notes will not be accepted.
10/ Various other countries are also required to pay an entry visa, please check before departure for costs etc.
11/ The complex & apartment have internet access. Ask Mehmet for the code.
12/ For your own security, please lock the door with the keys when leaving the apartment & when going to bed.
